We’ve made some changes to our Feedback system to make it easier to navigate and use. Read below for more information on these improvements.
- We have upgraded our feedback system you no longer need to leave feedback manually. Upon completion of your transaction you will be prompted to leave feedback for your transaction. Just click the “Leave Feedback for” button from the confirmation page.
- Leave feedback by visiting “Leave Feedback” from your MyPage to see all orders that you are eligible to leave feedback for.
Note: Most feedback ratings will have instant approval, and if you have an existing order with a member, you will still be able to go through Member Lookup to leave feedback for them.
